It is with great joy and gratitude that we extend a warm welcome to our Founder Chairman of the National Pastors Fellowship Rt. Rev. Bishop. Dr. Mathew Meagher and Secretary General, Dr. Rev. K. Victor Emanuel — the two guiding eyes of this blessed organization. Their presence at the recent gathering has been a source of encouragement and renewed purpose for every pastor and leader present. Their spiritual vision and steadfast leadership continue to strengthen the foundation of this fellowship, guiding it with clarity, compassion, and unwavering faith in God's calling.

The Founder Chairman, through his divine vision and tireless dedication, has laid the cornerstone of unity and pastoral empowerment that defines the National Pastors Fellowship today. His heart for shepherds and his commitment to building strong, Spirit-led leadership across India continue to inspire everyone within the movement. Alongside him, the Secretary General has been instrumental in bringing that vision to life — coordinating, connecting, and carrying forward the mission with remarkable zeal and grace.

Joining Hands for the Harvest: NPF in Covenant Partnership

We are deeply honored to welcome the Founder and Chancellor of Good News International University and the Founder of United Churches of South India, both of whom represent our valued alliance organizations partnering with the National Pastors Fellowship. Their presence at the gathering was a true blessing, symbolizing unity in purpose and a shared commitment to strengthening the Church across India. Through their leadership and vision, countless pastors and leaders have been equipped, encouraged, and empowered to carry forward the mission of Christ with renewed passion and excellence.

Their partnership with the National Pastors Fellowship reflects a divine alignment—bringing together education, ministry, and leadership under one shared vision of transforming communities through faith and service. As founders and pioneers, they continue to inspire the Body of Christ to collaborate across boundaries and denominations, building a stronger and more united Church in our nation.

Lighting of the Seven Candles – A Sacred Moment of Dedication

Let There Be Light

The lighting of the seven candles of the Menorah marked a deeply meaningful and symbolic moment at the Inauguration of the National Pastors Fellowship in New Delhi. As seven spiritual leaders stepped forward to light each candle, the atmosphere was filled with reverence, unity, and a sense of divine presence. The Menorah, an ancient and sacred emblem from Scripture, represents the light of God's wisdom, guidance, and eternal covenant with His people. This act of lighting was not merely ceremonial—it signified the illumination of God's purpose and the birth of a movement led by His Spirit.

Each candle represented a divine attribute and calling that the Fellowship stands upon: Love, Embrace, Anointed, Delegate, Empower, Revival and Servant. As every flame was kindled, it symbolized the spreading of light across the nation through the ministry of pastors who are called to shepherd, serve, and lead their communities with love and integrity. The joining of these seven lights reflected the collective strength of the Church when guided by one Spirit and one purpose—to glorify Christ and bring transformation to the nation.

The seven spiritual leaders who lit the candles did so as representatives of different regions and ministries across India, emphasizing the inclusive and national vision of the Fellowship. Their act stood as a prophetic gesture, affirming that the light of God will shine through every part of the land, igniting revival and hope in every heart and church.

The Menorah, as the symbol of divine illumination, unity, and eternal covenant, will remain a guiding emblem for the National Pastors Fellowship. It reminds every pastor and leader that they are bearers of God's light in a world that longs for truth and hope.

Inaugural Address

A Fellowship of Light: Building the Church on Seven Pillars

The Rt. Rev. Bishop Dr. Mathew Meagher opened the inaugural address of the National Pastors Fellowship (NPF) with words of unity and divine purpose, quoting Psalms 133:1 – “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.” He spoke passionately about how this gathering of pastors from across India is not merely a meeting, but the beginning of a movement rooted in love, prayer, and partnership. Bishop Meagher emphasized that true unity is not uniformity, but harmony—a blending of hearts and callings under one divine vision.

Drawing from John 17:22–23, where Jesus prays that His followers “may be one, even as We are one,” Bishop Meagher reminded the congregation that unity was the final prayer of Christ before His crucifixion—showing its eternal importance. He shared that the seven pillar lights of the Fellowship—Love, Embrace, Anointed, Delegate, Empower, Revival, and Servant—reflect this divine desire for oneness.

Quoting 1 Corinthians 13, Bishop Meagher spoke of love as the “greatest” of all virtues—the flame that lights every other pillar. Without love, he said, even the most gifted ministry loses its purpose. Through Love and Embrace, pastors are called to restore relationships and foster fellowship that transcends denominations, languages, and regions. He urged leaders to delegate responsibility wisely and to empower emerging pastors and young ministers, for the health of the Church depends on multiplication, not concentration of power. “When we delegate with trust,” he said, “we create room for others to rise in their God-given calling.”

Referring to Joel 2:28 and Acts 2:17, Bishop Meagher spoke about the season of Revival that is dawning upon India. He declared, “The Spirit of the Lord is being poured out upon all flesh—sons, daughters, and servants alike.” The Bishop shared that the NPF must be the channel through which this revival flows—training, equipping, and mobilizing pastors to bring spiritual awakening across the nation.

In closing, Bishop Meagher reflected on the final pillar—Servant. He reminded all present that the model of leadership Christ gave us was not of authority but of servanthood. “To serve is to reign,” he said, echoing the heart of Jesus who washed His disciples’ feet. The Bishop prayed that the National Pastors Fellowship would be a movement of servant leaders—loving, embracing, anointed, delegating, empowering, and reviving others through the light of Christ.

As the seven candles of the Menorah were lit, Bishop Meagher's words resonated deeply: “May these seven lights burn continually in us and through us, that India may see the glory of God and know that Jesus is Lord.” He encouraged every pastor to see themselves not as masters, but as servants in the vineyard of the Lord, carrying the fragrance of Christ wherever they go.

Equipping Pastors for Kingdom Leadership

Our main objective is Missions — to fulfill the Great Commission by equipping pastors for Kingdom Leadership. God is not searching for successful celebrities, but for sincere, serving saints who will bring true transformation to this world. Leadership in the Kingdom is not about recognition or rank; it is about responsibility, humility, and obedience to God's call. We are gathered to raise pastors who will lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and inspire their congregations to become agents of change for the glory of God.

We need Meekness. The world believes that money transforms methods, but in the Kingdom of God, meekness transforms missions. Jesus said, “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.” Meekness is not weakness—it is strength under control, guided by love and submission to the Holy Spirit. We need Christlike meekness to equip pastors who lead not by dominance, but by example.

We also need Unity. The disciples of Jesus met in the Upper Room and continued in prayer and oneness of heart. In that atmosphere of unity, the Holy Spirit descended and gave birth to the early Church. The same power that united the first believers must unite us today. When pastors stand together, pray together, and serve together, revival breaks out and communities are transformed.

We need Passion — passion to Inspire, Initiate, and Ignite. Passion fuels the fire of ministry. Without it, vision fades and calling weakens. God is looking for pastors who will serve with burning hearts, who will inspire others to rise, initiate godly works, and ignite a generation for Christ.

We have before us the Model of Barnabas — a man who equipped John Mark, a weak and once-fallen worker, into a history maker. While others rejected John Mark for abandoning the first missionary journey, Barnabas chose to mentor him, believe in him, and invest in his potential. Barnabas did not seek to make his own name great; he trained others to make history. That is the true mission of equipping saints — raising leaders who will continue the work of Christ.

So, dear servants of God, let us take up this challenge: care more about what you produce than the position you hold. Sow your life as a seed into people, and you will see a hundredfold harvest. Invest your time, your wisdom, and your heart into others, for that is where true joy and eternal reward lie. Equipping pastors for Kingdom leadership is not just our calling — it is our covenant with God to build His Church, empower His servants, and extend His Kingdom on earth.

Connecting Hearts, Uniting Leaders, Advancing the Kingdom – Together

The National Pastors Fellowship (NPF) envisions building a united and vibrant network of pastors and ministry leaders across India. To achieve this vision, coordination among all state leaders is essential — not only for communication but for shared growth, prayer, and ministry collaboration. The NPF serves as a bridge, connecting pastors from diverse denominations, languages, and regions under one vision: to strengthen the Church and advance the Kingdom of God through unity and leadership development.

A key focus of the Fellowship in this season is the membership drive, aimed at bringing pastors into active participation and shared accountability. Membership in the National Pastors Fellowship is more than an association — it is a covenant of partnership. By becoming members, pastors gain access to mentorship programs, leadership resources, prayer support networks, and national conferences designed for their spiritual and practical growth.

To make coordination more effective, state and regional committees play a crucial role. These committees act as connecting points between the national leadership and local pastors, ensuring that every initiative reaches the grassroots level. Regular virtual meetings, state conventions, and zonal gatherings are being planned to maintain constant fellowship and communication. Each state coordinator is tasked with identifying new members, mentoring young pastors, and promoting unity among regional church leaders.

In today's world, social media has become a vital tool for ministry connection and outreach. The National Pastors Fellowship is harnessing digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to share updates, testimonies, event announcements, and training resources. Through consistent online engagement, the Fellowship aims to reach pastors who may be isolated geographically but can still be united spiritually.

Ultimately, coordination through membership and social media reflects the heart of the Fellowship — unity in diversity. By connecting every state, pastor, and leader under one banner, the National Pastors Fellowship is shaping a future where the Church in India stands stronger together. Every member, every post, and every prayer contributes to a national movement of faith, leadership, and revival.

In honor of Pastors Appreciation Day, NPF key leaders held a cake cutting ceremony. The gathering was filled with heartfelt prayers, songs of thanksgiving, and words of appreciation. As the cake was cut, it represented the unity and shared joy among pastors and leaders from various states who have stood steadfast in their calling.

All pastors stood together before the Lord in one spirit of unity and gratitude, lifting their hearts in thanksgiving for the wonderful day He had ordained for the National Pastors Fellowship Inauguration. The atmosphere was filled with reverence and joy as voices rose in praise, acknowledging God's faithfulness and divine hand in bringing leaders from different states and regions together under one vision. It was a sacred moment — a reminder that every calling, every mission, and every milestone begins and ends in His grace.

With hearts overflowing with praise, the pastors thanked the Lord for His favor upon the Fellowship, for opening new doors of ministry, and for strengthening the bond of love among His servants. The inauguration became not just an event but a time of spiritual renewal, where every pastor rededicated themselves to serve God's Kingdom with humility and passion. Truly, it was a day of divine appointment — a celebration of God's faithfulness and the beginning of a new chapter in Kingdom leadership.
