At National Pastors Fellowship (NPF), we value the trust of our donors, partners, and participants. As a non-profit charitable trust, our primary services include ministry support, training programs, conferences, and community development initiatives.

Since we do not sell or ship physical products, this Shipping/Delivery Policy outlines how we handle acknowledgments, receipts, and event-related materials.

1. Donations

• Donations made through our payment gateway are immediately acknowledged online via email (at the email ID provided during the transaction).

• An official donation receipt will be issued electronically within 7 working days of the payment.

2. Event Registrations / Programs

• Upon successful registration and payment for NPF-organized events (conferences, workshops, training programs), a confirmation email/ticket will be sent to the registered participant within 24–48 hours.

• Any physical materials (e.g., welcome kits, event passes, study materials) related to events will be handed over on-site at the venue. NPF does not courier or ship event-related kits in advance.

3. Digital Resources

• If your payment includes access to digital resources (study notes, e-books, video sessions, etc.), access details or download links will be shared via email within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Email confirmations: Instant to 48 hours.

• Donation receipts: Within 7 working days.

• Event confirmations: Within 24–48 hours.

• Digital resources: Within 3–5 working days.
